The most popular corporate form chosen by foreign investors is Sp. Z o.o. (Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością). The minimum capital ratio for this type of company is modest, ie PLN 5,000. The value of corporate income tax, CIT - Corporate Income Tax, in Poland is set as an ordinary share of 19%, however a 9% share is envisaged for new companies and up to 2,000,000 euros in turnover / year.

More structured businesses may choose to set up a joint stock company, in Polish Spółka akcyjna (S.A.). The joint-stock company in Poland has a minimum capital of 100,000 PLN and basically follows a regulation uniform to the Italian one.
