Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 begins in Rome on July 10 and 11, 2025. The fourth Ukraine Recovery Conference begins, continuing the annual series of high-level political events dedicated to the rapid recovery and long-term reconstruction of Ukraine, devastated by Russia's large-scale war of aggression.
Governments, international organizations, financial institutions, businesses, regions, municipalities, and civil society are united by a shared commitment to strengthen Ukraine's resilience for as long as necessary.
The first day of meetings was attended by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Ukrainian President Zelenskyi, and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, along with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, German Prime Minister Friedrich Merz, and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
Numerous European ministers were also present, signing important reconstruction agreements today, for an immediate commitment of €10 billion.
First day's proceedings were concluded with a speech by the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella.
